• Between Users: When you request a booking or contact a photographer, certain profile and booking details (e.g., your name, request details, messages) will be shared with the other party to complete the service.

• Legal & Safety: If required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the platform.

When you use chat or upload media (photos/files), that content is stored and shared only with the recipients you communicate with and may be retained to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information in chat (e.g., national IDs, bank details).
